• Supervise sales associates and handle change requests by customers, as well as check that goods are in good condition;
• Develop sales strategies to reach new customers and also grab the attention of already existing ones to boost sales growth;
• Follow up and control sales performance as well as increase sales volume in market;
• Analyse customer research data and market conditions;
• Prepare daily and weekly sales report;
• Identify sales issue and opportunities;
• Ensure customers satisfaction and maintain good relationship;
• Analyse and investigate price, demand and competition;
Others tasks assigned by supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or related fields
• Have at least 2 years experience in Sale & Marketing or related fields
• Abily to develop employee performance and setting target/ KPI
• Have a good communication, interpersonal skill, influencing skills, hardworking, and honesty
• Good knowledge in English both written and verbal communication
• Good knowledge of computer applications MS office, Internet, Email & Outlook
• Be able to work under pressure, tight timeline, strong Interpersonal skill
• Have at least 2 years experience in Sale & Marketing or related fields
• Abily to develop employee performance and setting target/ KPI
